POCO is reportedly preparing for the launch of the POCO F5 Pro in India as the smartphone has been spotted on multiple database listings. While the brand has yet to officially confirm its existence, the POCO F5 Pro has been spotted on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification database.

According to the FCC website, the newest POCO smartphone has been identified by the model number 23013PC75G. Additionally, the same model number has been spotted on the IMEI database, revealing the name of the smartphone as the POCO F5 Pro.

The POCO F5 Pro is set to usher in the return of the Pro-series smartphones for the company. In 2020, POCO introduced the POCO F2 Pro smartphone to international markets but the company did not release any F-series smartphone with the Pro label after the POCO F2 Pro.

The model number 23013PC75G of the POCO F5 Pro was found on the websites of the FCC and IMEI databases. The letter G at the end of the model number suggests that this is the worldwide variant of the smartphone. According to the FCC certification filing, the POCO F5 Pro will come out running MIUI 14 at the time of launch. However, the certification listing does not offer any information regarding the Android version.

The listing also reveals that the POCO F5 Pro will be offered in global markets in 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options. Some of the connectivity choices for the smartphone have also been disclosed in the listing. The POCO F5 Pro will support WiFi 6 networks on both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands because it has WiFi a/b/g/n/ac/ax capability. Additionally, the phone will support NFC and Bluetooth.
